Mid-Week Koinonia
Wednesday night is the time to come and be refreshed and encouraged in God's truth and love, as we pause half-way through the work week! Emonah Koinonia offers us a time-out for a time-in. With a variety of available activities, this is a great opportunity to renew our focus on Jesus, and to continue to encourage one another!
As many folks come directly from work, from 6-6:40 PM, there is light fare offered to sustain us before we get into His Word. We take turns helping with this physical feeding, so that the burden is a joy. He tells us the His yoke is easy and his burden light, and we find that to be so true when we all share in ministering of one another in this way.
The KnightLights prayer team meets starting at 6PM. Join this group of faithful who lift the praises and requests of the body at Calvary Chapel Broomfield in prayer and supplication. Everyone is invied to come at any time and stay as long as you like, to be a part of this important aspect of our church family life.
The Enter-Vention youth group meets from 7-8:15 PM as well, for a feeding on Biblical principles and for fellowship with other youth.
Starting at 6:40 in the sanctuary, we begin with worship in music, and then move to a variety of teachings by outstanding speakers or pertinent informational studies. Some of our recent teachings have included wonderful speakers such as Gayle Erwin, Chuck Smith, Chuch Missler, Tom Ice, Arnold Fruktenbaum, Joseph Farah, Warren Smith, as well aas many other knowlegable hosts.
We've also taken time to view dvds with important information
for the believer, such as Joel Rosenthal's "Epicenter",
...or enjoyed an evening of special music
with artists such as TJ Klay.
