Immediate Needs: Pre-K teacher and assistant 1X per month. Worship and Greeting help 1-2 X per month. If interested please fill out forms and return to me. (note: you must have been attending our fellowship for at least 6 months to teach, 3 months to assist)
Event Ministry: We are currently looking for someone to head up the event portion of the children's ministry. This would include VBS, Christmas programs, Resurrection Programs, and a fall event. Please contact Shanna if you are interested.
MILLER FARMS DAY TRIP SEPTEMBER 26TH
We're heading to Platteville for the annual Harvest Festival at Miller Farms!! This excursion has become a favorite church family outing!

CCB will be generously donating a portion of the admission price for anyone attending.The costs are as folows, after the portion paid by CCB:$7 ADULTS 12 AND OLDER and $5 CHILDERN AGES 3-11
VOLUNTEERING IN THE CHILDRENS MINISTRY
We are always looking for volunteers in our children's ministry. Our requirements to volunteer are that you be attending Calvary Chapel for at least 3 months and at least 6 months to teach. If you are interested in getting involved in our children's ministry please contact me and I would be more than happy to speak with you. Below is a list of areas where we need help at the present time:
Set up - This is for anyone that would like to contribute a small amount of time each week before church begins. We have a need for a setup crew. It take about 20 minutes each week before church.
Prayer Team - If you are interested in praying for us each week before church begins, please contact me. I would like to form a team that meets a few minutes before service to offer our children's ministry up in prayer.
Greeters - Greeters greet the children and parents and help with sign-in for the first 1/2 hour of church each Sunday. Right now we are on a rotating schedule with teams of 1. I would like to move to rotating teams of 2 each week.
Children's Worship - We are in need of people who would love to be a part of helping children worship the Lord. This would be a great opportunity to get your feet wet in our children's ministry. The need is for people who can sing with the children and learn the hand motions to the songs. You wouldn't have to lead the worship just be a part of it with the children.
Substitute Teachers - Right now we do not have a list of substitute teachers. This would be a great way to get to know our children's ministry without a regular commitment.
Teachers Assistants - Yeah! Our class numbers have been going up! With this growth we are in need of people who don't want to teach, but would love to have a part of the Sunday school classroom atmosphere. We have teachers who are in need of some help.
Teachers - I would like to get some more teachers on our rotations.
Special Events - Each year we have a few events for the children. These include a Vacation Bible School in the summer, a game event in October combined with the church Chili Cookoff, and a Children's Christmas program in December. Throughout the year there may be additional children's activities. I would love to have a team of people interested in organizing these events.
We are in need in all these areas so please consider helping out. But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 19:14)
