Many of Christ's followers in history (and even today in many places) were/are not able to worship in a plumbed and temperature regulated building. with some above-agerage media equipment. Indeed some have had to meet in secret or in less than desirable, even dangerous places. At Calvary Chapel, we try to not let that be far from our minds. We're hugely blessed to have a place to meet to worship Jesus,
and a base from which to serve Him.
Stephanie and Bobby head of a small team of folks who keep the facility clean and manicured. They also organize work days a time or two a year, opening up an opportuinty for all of us to share in the responsibilites that accompany blessings! When these workdays are scheduled, everyone is invited to participate in a 'makeover' of sorts, keeping our precious gathering spot well maintained!

We typically come in to spruce things up prior to the Rocky
Mountain Korean Church's Saturday services and then again before Calvary
Chapel Broomfield's Sunday services. This is the basic regimen. Sometimes
there is a paintbrush involved or something that just needs a little extra
attention.
Work Day
Once or twice a year, the church holds what we call a ‘Work Day’ where people get together for a time of fun, fellowship and, yes, work! As a group, we can get a lot accomplished: cleaning, painting, building, fixing. However, the most significant labor that occurs on a Work Day is the building up of the body of Christ. This is the Lord’s work, which He performs in us when we serve together. You are all invited to our next Work Day! Our Mission statement is Colossians 3:23-24 "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ"
